Our STory
Double Eagle Exotic Ranch was built on a moment that felt meant to be. Nearly 30 years ago, our grandparents purchased this land after watching two bald eagles circle overhead. That same sense of purpose still guides our operation today.
With more than three decades of hands-on embryo transfer and advanced breeding experience, we focus on doing things the right way—combining elite genetics, proven science, and patience to raise exceptional rams that compete at the highest level.

Elite rams begin with elite females.
At Double Eagle Exotic Ranch, our breeding ewes are the cornerstone of everything we produce. From the very start, our program was built without compromise—every ewe in our herd traces back to 50-inch-plus ram genetics, a rare foundation chosen intentionally to support long-term horn growth and consistency.
Our ewe herd spans multiple generations, from young replacements to proven cornerstone females that continue producing exceptional offspring well beyond typical expectations. One such ewe, now 15 years old, remains a vital part of the program after raising multiple rams in the upper 40-inch range—a testament to durability, fertility, and genetic strength.
These ewes are paired thoughtfully through live breeding and artificial insemination, ensuring each match supports structure, horn potential, and longevity. They are not placeholders in the program—they are the engine behind it.
